interesting blend of things
just made myself an interesting protein mix. Ingredients:
2 tsp raw hemp protein powder
2 tsp raw oatmeal
1 frozen whole banana
2-3 ice cube depending on how icy you want
1 cup organic apple juice

healthy transition for summer body
Warm up on the treadmill for about 5 minutes at 3.5 speed.
1 minute @ 6.0
back to 3.5 for 2 minutes
1 minute @ 6.0
back to 3.5 for 4 minutes
1 minute @ 6.0
cool down.
THEN, do 20 minute yoga.
NOT BAD AT ALL.

Holy moles! We haven’t gotten the usual January snow! Well that doesn’t help because I’ve been eating out majority of the time during break. Going back to school in few days. That means i’m going HAMburger at the gym. REMEMBER: Muscle weight weighs more than fat so a lower weight is not the goal!

some recipe for losing 5 lbs in 7 days
Trying this new bloat blasting trend that’s been floating around. All it takes is a bottle of distilled water, 1 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon, and 1 tsp of cranberry juice (i actually substituted this with mama chia). Day one.
I got Rodney Yee’s A.M. YOGA as part of my Christmas gift. I used Manduka yoga mat (which I also received as a Christmas from my lulu). There are five workout series, which are 20 minutes each. I chose to do Standing Poses today. Like in the description “It’s simple enough for beginners, but effective for everyone.” Everyday yoga?

This cacao chia pudding looks pretty amazing. Lately my digestive tract has been very weak, I know that incorporating chia seeds in my diet will do wonders. These are the ingredients I came up with:
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
