some recipe for losing 5 lbs in 7 days

Trying this new bloat blasting trend that’s been floating around. All it takes is a bottle of distilled water, 1 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon, and 1 tsp of cranberry juice (i actually substituted this with mama chia). I have to stop by my local whole foods for dandelion root tea to add to the mix. I don’t know if the whole minimizing the bloat-ness is actually working but it keeps me from feeling lethargic and constipated. I think i’ll try it with dandelion root tea. Let me know if any of you have tried this.
