healthy transition for summer body

Warm up on the treadmill for about 5 minutes at 3.5 speed.

1 minute @ 6.0

back to 3.5 for 2 minutes

1 minute @ 6.0

back to 3.5 for 4 minutes

1 minute @ 6.0

cool down. 

THEN, do 20 minute yoga. 

NOT BAD AT ALL.
