I love followers, BUT there are few girls that follow me that seem to be losing weight the unhealthy way. Please be aware that eating disorders are not long term weight-loss. If you REALLY want to maintain a “skinny” figure then you should exercise, EAT RIGHT, sleep, and enjoy the company of your friends and family. I’m sure it’s more complex and easier said than done, but it’s important for you and your health. I hope you don’t take this the wrong way. Also, be healthy for you and not others.
