just made myself an interesting protein mix. Ingredients:
- 2 tsp raw hemp protein powder
- 2 tsp raw oatmeal
- 1 frozen whole banana
- 2-3 ice cube depending on how icy you want
- 1 cup organic apple juice
it’s good after a good workout imo
