cacao chia pudding

This cacao chia pudding looks pretty amazing. Lately my digestive tract has been very weak, I know that incorporating chia seeds in my diet will do wonders. These are the ingredients I came up with:

  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 5 drops of vanilla creme stevia
  • 1 cup organic frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 organic frozen banana

Mix and stir chia seeds with chocolate almond milk. Leave it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes if you want to serve it there and then or you can leave it overnight. After 10 minutes you’ll notice a gel-like consistency (almost like tapioca). Separately, blend frozen fruits adding additional ingredients for taste, and slowly add the prepared chia seeds in the blender. Great recipe for improving digestion. I’m all for it.
