Fig in a straw!

School is back in session. Being a student and all, I don’t always have an exact meal plan nor can I eat out every day (it’s convenient but that’s just unhealthy), and it’s the question that always arise, “what do I eat today?”. Lately, I’ve been digging figs since it’s in season and all. Also, obsessing over coconut water. Just came up with this simple recipe using those two ingredients:

  •  1 cup of organic frozen peeled figs (you don’t have to freeze them, I like the consistency of sorbet)
  • 1 cup of coconut water 

You can always use more but this recipe is for one serving. Blend and enjoy.
