MIA
Uh… been MIA because of school and many other excuses! Well that didn’t stop me from exercising and practicing yoga! I’ve been good somewhat. Overload on veggies and spices over Spring Break was quite the breather after being on a rigorous eating cycle at school. So I’ve been really interested in detoxing lately. Not to lose weight but to cleanse impurities that have been building up in my system. The only real cleanse that I’ve been on in the past was the master cleanse, which was a bad experience. I’ve been checking out different cleansing brands and I’m really digging on this one particular brand. I will get back on that after I hear back from them. So stay tuned!
